Baby, It’s Hot Out There!

Water is a necessity that the human body requires to stay healthy. If you fail to drink enough daily water, or other non-caffeinated fluids, you may experience a heat related illness such as dehydration. You well may wonder, “How much water do I need to stay hydrated and prevent dehydration or other heat related illnesses.”

In some climates, people may welcome their warm to chilly Springs and not-so-hot Summers. But in other climates, like the one I live in (in the Dallas, TX area) we are already feeling 100 degree afternoons — at least according to my in-car weather thermometer. Thank goodness for air conditioned homes and cars!
